| The clubhouse associated with our condominium development located in San Jose was constructed in the late 1970's. As such, we are still "enjoying" shag carpet, avocado-colored appliances, etc. That being said, the Homeowner's Association (HOA) is hoping to completely remodel the clubhouse. However, we first need to have a cost estimate for the work such that we may approach the homeowner's with an "assessment" to complete this project. Consequently, the HOA is seeking referrals for San Jose remodeling contractors. Therefore, if anyone has a recommendation, please let me know as I am an incoming member of the HOA and am taking the lead on the remodeling effort. Thanks! |
