| I am an incoming member of the Homeowner's Association (HOA) associated with our condominium development. As such, the HOA is trying to secure referrals for a wide variety of contractors to hopefully provide us with maintenance- and repair-related services. Although some of our proposed projects are "optional" (such as the remodeling of our clubhouse), other projects are "mandatory". One of these "mandatory" projects is the repair or replacement of the roof of our clubhouse. Consequently, the HOA is interested in securing the services of reputable San Jose roofing contractors who could provide us with an assessment as to whether the roof of our clubhouse is indeed repairable or if we need a new roof. Please note, we need someone who is licensed and bonded and who have experience on tile roofs. Thanks in advance for any referrals! |
